Usage and Editing Rules for EquinePassion Artwork

Copyright & Basic Rules

All graphics, illustrations, photographs, and texts are protected by the copyright of Jacqueline Isabelle Klein. Copying or reusing them is generally not permitted, unless a usage license has been acquired or the artwork has been explicitly released for free use.

There is, however, an exception for the Horse Generator, since many of the graphics were created for the browser game EquinePassion. These may be shared under certain conditions.

Conditions for Screenshots

If you use screenshots from the generator or the game, the following four rules apply:

1. Never pass off the artwork as your own.
2. The source must be correctly linked (https://www.jaklein.de).
3. There must be a clear connection to the Horse Generator or EquinePassion. Using it for unrelated purposes (e.g. horse profile cards labeled "Sold" or "Adopted" with no connection to the game) is not allowed and will result in a warning.
4. Commercial or editorial use is strictly prohibited.

Rules for Specific Platforms

Depending on where you publish the content, additional labeling requirements apply.

Instagram & Fan Pages

• Graphics-only Instagram accounts: If you only share screenshots of this artwork, a permanent source link directly in your profile bio is sufficient.
• Individual Instagram posts: The source must be credited directly beneath the respective image. Use the correct attribution: Artwork © www.jaklein.de (@klein.designs) (or replace the copyright symbol with "by").
• Fan pages (websites about the game): Within the game itself, the artwork may be freely edited and shared. Outside the game (e.g. on fan pages), the game must be credited in the footer and in the legal notice (imprint):

A name credit alone, without a direct link, is not sufficient.

Prohibited Platforms

Using the artwork on DeviantArt and Howrse is strictly prohibited.
